I am grateful for my family. Many people I know do not get to spend much time with their families for the holidays. I am grateful for the time that I have with my family because we are all so busy all the time and the holidays are special because we all get to take time away from our busy lives just to enjoy each other's company. Decorating the Christmas tree is a special tradition in our family and just one of the ways we spend time together during the holidays.

This picture of my parents was taken last Friday when we went down to Washington D.C. for the day. Being away at college for over three months really made me realize how lucky I am to have the family I do, and especially my parents. I cannot say two other people that I am more grateful for in life, and everything they have done for me. Seeing them happy in this picture makes me happy!

The one thing that I am most grateful for my family. My parents and sisters have always been there for me and i will always be there for them no matter the situation. I have a very close family on both my mom and dads sides. Being Italian we have a very big family and I know that anyone of them would always be there for me willing to help me out if i ever needed anything.

One of the many things I am thankful for are my family. Especially my little brothers, we may fight or argue a lot but we are always there for one another. Me and my brothers all have different parents, but we do not let that bother us. We still see each other as brother and sister and are always there to have the other ones back. So I am thankful for my family my little brothers.

This Thanksgiving break I got to visit with my 85 year old grandma. She showed me for the first time her wedding album because she was married 63 years ago. It was a special moment for us because her husband died in his 50s before I had the chance to meet him. It was really special to get to see the pictures and to share the moment with my Grammy. To this day she is still madly in love with him and from the pictures I have never seen two happier people.

This image represents what I am thankful for in my life. This is a picture of my house in Maryland during late October. This image of my house shows how I am thankful to have such a fortunate place to live. Not only am I thankful for my house but I am also thankful for my family who I am privileged to live with. This house is also filled with many memories created by my family, which is why it means so much to me and also why I am thankful for it.

I am thankful for the opportunity I had to grow up with my grandfather and all the memories we have. He was a great role model and I looked up to him. He fought in the wars and showed me how bravery and
the will to protect his family goes over anything. I am extremely grateful to call him my grandfather. ~ Ellie |
This is my best friend Elisa and I am so thankful for her! We have been friends for a long time now and no matter what we will always be there for each other. We have been through it all, between moving her in and out of her parents house and that crazy situation, to driving 8 hours just because we miss each other and know we need our friend time. No amount of distance or drama could break our bond and that I am truly thankful for because I can't even say that for my own family unfortunately. This picture perfectly sums up our friendship, for some odd reason we always end up matching and we don't care what anyone thinks about us. We are a bunch of loving goofballs and I am thankful that we are still best friends to this day!

I'm thankful for my 94 year old grandpop. He's been through everything from being born during the depression to making it big and losing it all and finding a happy medium. He also taught me you work for what you get and to always stay healthy because in the end health is all we have. I'm thankful he's been around for my whole live and is still in better shape than I am. He's an Italian stallion!

I took a picture if a large tree that the city of Boston puts up every year. Usually my friends and I would go to the tree lighting however we missed it this year because of school. I am thankful if holidays and traditions that can bring people that are so far away together to experience the same thing.

"A brother is a friend God gave you; a friend is a brother your heart chose for you."
We have all been best friends since freshmen year of high school. We're all in our second year of college. We talk all the time and every time we're home it's like nothing changed. I'm grateful to have them our friendship is more like a brotherhood. We all consdier each other family. Not too many people keep a group of friends together this long. I'm thankful to have them and know they always have my back when I need it, and they know it's the same for them. ~ Bryan |
